Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$100,523.00-$160,837.00

Summary:
The Corporate IT Manager is the next-level leader of a Corporate IT team. This role is highly focused on planning the work of the team(s) in their area. The Corporate IT Manager effectively collaborates with customers and suppliers to align work efforts then develop/execute tactical plans that enable successful business operations and, when applicable, business transformation.

This manager spends a considerable amount of time on the development of each of their team members. The Corporate IT Manager works with their team(s) to optimize processes to deliver and measure their service as efficiently as possible. This person develops/executes effective communication plans to ensure the successful introduction of change. This role contributes to the creation of the annual Corporate IT budget.

Position Details:

Management of global team for completion of day-to-day support and maintenance of the Digital Workplace Applications service delivery on a 24x7x365 day basis exceeding established targets:

• Provide guidance for teams during service interruptions
• Provide updates and root cause analysis to leadership in support of the continuous improvement initiatives through quantitative metrics
• Provide leadership operational planning to include innovation, business cases, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources
• Develop policies and procedures to keep hardware and software assets productive over their depreciable life
• Evangelize operational best practices and above policies and procedures amongst cross-functional groups within CSG

Manage assigned budgetary and organizational resources to ensure work activities are completed and staffing levels/resource planning is completed to maintain end to end continuity of service delivery, system documentation, and resource balance.

Responsible for all areas of the Digital Workplace Applications team's service delivery concerning regulatory and CSG policy compliance including license and security management.

Regular and reliable attendance is required, willingness to manage off-hours events and maintenance required.

This job requires domestic and/or international travel up to 10% (typically less).

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of IT service delivery management experience, preferably with 2+ years leadership experience in a global model
• Proven leadership track record demonstrating leadership and business acumen
• Proven history of improving operations and service delivery while lowering costs through innovation
• Ability to grasp, analyze, and develop an expert knowledge of CSG's business, operational environments, industry, and applications
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems then lead a team to determine root causes and develop remediation strategies for permanent resolution
• Solid knowledge of enterprise IT solutions and architecture, guidelines, and best practices
• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience communicating with all levels of an organization from executive management, technical staff, through to the end user
• Skilled in building trusted collaborative relationships with execution and follow through, with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence
• Ability to use a personal computer with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Preferred Skills:

• Budget and forecast lifecycle experience
• Vendor management experience
• Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Agility methodologies, SAFe and DevOps preferred

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
