Correspondence Analyst I
Washington, DC (Remote) must live within a commutable distance

@Orchard LLC has been retained by a growing Federal contractor with a great culture to identify an experienced Correspondence Analyst I.
As the Correspondence Analyst you will;

  • Provide assistance in managing the volume and assignments of correspondence across all Secretary offices
  • Support operational performance, provide quality assurance, review, and draft documents as necessary
  • Work closely with the Executive Secretariat, and other OST application contacts to usher timely documents through to the Secretary.
  • Follow Standard Operating procedures for managing correspondence services in a complex and fast-paced environment utilizing administrative controls.
  • Provide administrative management services support on an as need basis
  • Contribute to the timely review and assignment of tasks.
  • Become proficient using the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to assist in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of program and administrative functions, as required.
  • Provide evaluation metrics, as needed, through EDMS or other systems.
  • Provide review and editing of documents to conform to departmental guidelines.
  • Work closely with leadership to achieve organization goals.
Your background will likely include the following;
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust background check
  • Years of Experience: 1-3 years
  • Bachelor's degree or years of experience that exceed minimum requirements
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
  • Ability to anticipate client needs, recognize, and act on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement
  • Desire to work on a team in a collaborative culture and face directly with clients
  • Experience and comfort with MS Office products
  • Possess creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mind-set
  • Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Technical Competencies:
  • Experience with EDMS
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
