Principal/Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Review work executed and invoices submitted by subcontractors with the Superintendents, to verify what is to be submitted for payment application.
• Review the T&M work executed by subcontractors with the Superintendents, to verify what is to be submitted for payment application
• Prepare the Subcontractor's Change Orders.
• Keep track of quantities executed and quantities to be executed in all project activities
• Help prepare information for monthly job forecasting
• Help maintain the cost monitoring system (eCMS).
• Open cost codes and monitor that the costs are tracked properly.
• Review quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing, engineering, and design.
• Ensure that project charges are correctly represented for accounting's closing process.
• Evaluates that project charges are correctly represented for accounting's closing process.
