Duration- Long-term contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hybrid - in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with project managers, software developers, trainers, web admins, and end users to craft weekly documentation, to include job aids, process guides, training guides, release notes, and other field-facing materials
• Content will be updated on a weekly basis.
• Take materials developed by others and extract relevant content for the user community. Craft original materials each week as software is updated and processes are refined.
• Work directly with a dedicated project manager who will assist with publishing of materials.
