What you'll do:

• Serve as a primary customer contact and respond to their inquiries and requests to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with your customers and outside Account Managers to identify current and possible future needs.
• Utilize Silgan software to process orders and assist the product flow through the supply chain from our warehouse to order fulfillment with your customer.
• Operate as a key point of contact with internal and external customers for all sales matters specific to the progress or concerns relative to order fulfillment.
• Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data.
• Monitor customer accounts and help our accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure payments are up to date.

What you need to have:

• Associates degree and 1-year of work experience or High School diploma and 2+ years of experience. Experience should be in a similar customer support position.
• Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for teamwork and collaboration.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
