Description:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer and Sales Support Associate to join our growing team! In this dynamic role, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and helpful information about our products or services.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Process customer orders and ensure accuracy.
• Generate quotes and proposals to support the sales team.
• Schedule sales appointments and meetings.
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes.
• Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers (depending on the role).
• Identify sales opportunities and escalate leads to the sales team.
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
