Customer Service Agent

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.

Minimum Education
High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills. Successful completion of a Dangerous Goods Agent/Spill Cleanup Specialist class is required. The hours for this position are M-F, 17:00 to 22:00, hours are subject to change based on operational needs. This position will have a 12 month contract to position and station.
