Well known tire company is looking for 2 customer service reps for their dealer relations and order fulfillment department.

Duties:

Receive and process telephone, email and fax orders

Check stock, locate inventory, verify credit approval, invoice dealer warehouse orders

Process container and consignment orders

Monitor and process back orders

Process inventory returns and provide status of shipments

Process billing corrections

Order entry

Will also enter pricing code in the computer and code maintenance for all dealers in assigned areas

Maintain dealer orders files and current pricing files

Will be emailing updates ongoing to customers

Qualifications:

Must be extremely detailed organized

Solid written, oral and presentation skills

Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Office ( Excel, Outlook and Word )

1-2 years of experience in customer service ordering processing using SAP or EDI system
