Data Delivery Coordinator

Job Description:

• This role would have ownership for the coordination of Data Delivery from Client to SpinCo for all applications associated with their assigned L1 Functional Area across all geographies.
• Person would work directly with the Application Owners and/or Data Delivery Assignee to plan and track data extract and delivery, even if ownership lies outside of the Client IT organization.
• Person would work through L1 Functional IT Leaders to manage any escalations.
• This role would be multiple individuals to cover all L1 Functional Areas, across all geographies and would align at the S2 level across those teams.
• It would be the conduit between the IT M&A team supporting Books & Records and the Enterprise Application teams.
• As work demand decreases over the transition period and resources roll off, assignments would consolidate.

• Collaborate with the SpinCo IT M&A team to process Data Request via intake form for applications within their assigned L1 Functional Area(s)
• Work with Client Application Owners, or Data Delivery personnel, to understand delivery effort, format, resourcing, frequency and timing
• Coordinate with SpinCo IT M&A to finalize mutually agreed upon data delivery plans
• Build out detail tasks for input to Data Delivery project plan
• Work with Client Cutover team to load and launch project plan(s)
• Monitor Data Delivery Project Plans, leveraging Cutover team reporting solution
• Process returned "N" kanban defects/issues and manage to closure
• Conduct Data Delivery Tier status meetings for assigned L1 Functional Area(s)
• Review and action late tasks
• Review look ahead tasks to address areas of increasing concern
• Escalate issues as necessary to next level Tier, and/or L1 Leaders
• Complete assigned tasks to ensure trackers and leadership dashboards are up to date
• Report out status and issues at tier meetings and leadership meetings
• Support peer Applications Data Coordinator for other L1 Functional Areas as time permits

• Project Management Experience - key requirement.
• Communication experience
• Facilitation experience
• Experience with application development, deployment, and/or transfer.
• Technical & Functional understanding of MS Project
• Nice to have 4-6 yrs of experience but open to someone fresh out of school
• Bachelor's degree required in IT related &/or Project Management
