Design Engineering Manager *Title:*Design Engineering Manager
*Location:* Lewisville, TX
*Salary:* $130,000- $160,000/year

We are an established machinery manufacturing company that provides automation and control solutions for clients.
What You Will Be Doing - Manage and direct activities of our engineering design team
- Supervise completion of electrical and control design projects
- Work with other Engineering leaders and stakeholders on critical projects and processes
- Monitor and mentor team members, conduct annual performance reviews
What You Need for this Position - Must have a PE license
- Must have prior experience with electrical, controls, and/or automation
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
