Summary
Our
Digital
Product Manager
supports multiple products within a line of business. Monitors and maintains documentation of enhancements, issues and systems defects and reports on trends and opportunities for improvement. Applies industry best practices and executes established product strategy to assigned work or projects.
Essential Functions
Define and own the strategy and digital roadmap from beginning to end for key digital experiences that will make Members love us even more and help us grow our business digitally.
Own the prioritization, execution and delivery of development backlog for the end-to-end platform; from front-end UX to backend CMS and CRM, and all of the APIs, and integrations in between.
Drive growth in KPIs and supporting metrics like traffic, engagement, retention, and conversions.
Be the voice of the Member through data and empathy.
Be a digital thought leader for a legacy business with a vision to innovate and transform
Align and collaborate with business line stakeholders to achieve shared goals and become a digital ambassador, providing training, best practices, and coaching.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Your track record shows the equivalent of 5+ years of solving problems for consumers in a product-management-like role for a tech or internet company or venture.
You've built, or grown, either ecommerce or media and content online/mobile businesses.
You eat data for breakfast, lunch on customer feedback, and dine on consumer research and insights.
Your toolkit includes data driven decision making and a/b testing.
You embrace scrum.
Your Jira stories are on point.
There's a little bit of consultant in you.
You relish talking design thinking and human centered design with our UX folks.
You can use browser devtools to show developers exactly what you mean and won't get lost discussing the merits of RESTful APIs.
You hold your own speaking in front of a crowd.
People read your emails and understand them completely.
People love working with you.
Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification
