Job Description
CFS Brands is seeking to hire a Director, Commercial Excellence reporting to the lead of the Commercial Excellence and Commercial Integration Team. This position is responsible for achieving growth targets for sales and vitality across the CFS sales team leveraging the CFS Commercial System.
*Grow sales 10% per year in sales segment(s) assigned.
*Drive structure and growth from ambiguity and create value from it.
*Deploy the CFS Brands Commercial System across sales team.
*Be well versed in executing a plan-do-check-act cadence against relevant KPI's.
*Be well versed in formal problem solving and root-cause-countermeasure methods.
*Leverage relevant tools and systems for: territory planning, pipeline management, account planning & development, pursuit planning & development, and forecasting.
*Facilitate the management cadence for VP, Sales & Marketing and each sales leader.
*Develop and implement standard tools and systems to grow strategic accounts.
*Develop and implement standard tools and systems to manage indirect representatives.
*Ensure all planning and execution of sales system is tightly aligned to innovation.
*With growth in role, will be assigned product management, marketing and/or commercial integration initiatives through execution.
*Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and IT to develop sales analytics.
*Align all sales tool, process, analytics to sales CRM.



  • Bachelor's Degree with quantitative, analytic concentration, required.
  • Master’s in Business Administration required.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience demonstrating success in commercially facing engineering, product or project management roles or in similar consulting roles.
  • Experience in leadership positions with influence across departments and creating value on high impact projects and initiatives.
  • Experience with excel modeling, expert level in Microsoft Excel, preferred.
  • Experience deploying a Lean based business system, preferred.
