Director of Quality

Salary: $130,000-$140,000
Description:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a degreed Quality Director in Cincinnati! The candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Systems. They will be responsible for making sure all products process, packaged, stored and distributed are manufactured or repacked in compliance with all requirements. The Quality Director will manage and build an environment where managing the balance between turn-around time and delivering products are the most important.

Responsibilities:


• Identify and current gaps in the quality systems and develop a plan to fix these gaps
• Guarantee all quality documentation is consistent for organization
• Develop corporate strategic initiatives with executive team
• Oversee Management Review of the Quality System
• Continually do assessments of industry trends to assure the current system and strategies replicate current requirements
• Confirm all quality systems are operating effectively
• Proper communication of Quality Management System changes including training on new or revised requirements or systems
• Make sure all systems and training are enforced
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Coordinate and facilitate all concerns and issues relating to quality
• Manage and improve the company's Quality Systems and strategy
• Responsible for all quality metrics
• Ensure the company is properly prepared for all inspections
• Communicate the Quality and Regulatory strategy to the company and promote these strategies with employees, suppliers, and customers
• Responsible for managing and developing all Quality staff
• Develop the budget, manage department expenses
• Development, updating, and control the Quality Management System

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree is required
• 10+ year's experience in Quality
• Experience in knowledge to lead the development of compliance policy
• Understanding of key financial metrics, business trends & cycles
• Technical writing experience
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
• Ability to work at a high level of accuracy
• Experience in training
• Can show a track of getting results
