Director of Revenue Integrity

Our client, a community health center located in Boston, MA, is seeking a Director of Revenue Integrity to join their team! This role will be fully onsite in Boston. This role is responsible for review and maintenance to optimize revenue generation and maintain compliance, charge entry and reconciliation. The Director of Revenue Integrity will receive general direction and guidance from the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Lead targeted revenue improvement opportunities
• Work proactively with leadership within Revenue Cycle and Finance
• Identify process improvements
• Develop, implement and manage efficient and effective operational policies
• Oversee, measure and report ongoing financial and operation performance of Revenue Integrity
• Monitor and facilitate service level agreements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Financial Management or Administration preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience
