What You Will Be Doing -Reporting to the SVP of Platform, this role is focused on developing a multi-function team strategy and structure, and build our scale-up processes on RNA production workflow
-Lead our production team to generate research-grade RNAs in support of therapeutic programs and platform research projects
-This role's focus is specifically on platform scaleup focus
-Work closely with CMC to transfer/develop processes and assays for manufacturing RNAs
-Lead and support the development and implementation of automated workflows for high-throughput production of high-quality RNA (small and medium scale)
What You Need for this Position -PhD in Molecular Biology, Biology, or similar
-Must haves
-IVT RNA synthesis experience
-Expertise in RNA synthesis and purification unit operation development (HPLC, chromatography, TFF)
-Experience automating biological molecule production and analytics workflow
-Expertise in long DNA synthesis and purification
-Experience managing a team of candidates
