Join our team as Director of Strategic Corporate Accounts & IDN Solutions (Enterprise Services). Success in this role is to work as a collective team to the transition from a transactional relationship to a trusted advisor with assigned IDNs . Directors are expected to collaborate and create internal velocity (without direct authority) across the organization to exceed expectations set by leadership and grow the overall cross-portfolio share for Siemens Healthineers.

  • Directors must be able to develop, influence, and sustain relationships with all key IDN decision makers, GPO contacts, and members of the National Service Team; using a high degree of service and sales instinct and the ability to recognize and respond to and transition situations into growth opportunities. They must also as well have an in-depth understanding of key customer processes that aide the Siemens Healthineers organization to succeed.
  • Directors must maintain a high level of accountability to customer expectations, deliverables and deadlines utilizing strong understanding of health system operations and purchasing processes. Attention to detail and intrinsic motivation and organization are a must.
  • Directors must be able to command the executive presence both internally and externally by articulating larger value proposition across the Healthineers portfolio.
  • It is essential for the Director to be able to translate and effectively communicate the value, clinical, operational, and financial impact of the Healthineers portfolio.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking will aide those in this role to support account management strategy utilizing creativity to develop best practices and new tools through aligning modality and service solutions to support ongoing customer fleet management.
  • The Director is expected to drive action at the account by curating the highest level of understanding and insight into the customers assigned to their responsibility as well as deep knowledge of the SHS strategic initiatives.
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Director, you will be responsible for :
  • Engaging customer to understand clinical and service needs and developing solutions through formatting, reviewing, delivering, and tracking all quotes for the assigned IDN(s):
    • Manage relationship(s) and serve as primary point of contact for customer's centralized proposal request process.
    • Ultra-coordination with field sales team: clinical, sales, and management
    • Deal cycle management activities from initial proposal to final execution and implementation
  • Managing service and sales operations and growth for the IDN focused Enterprise Services (ES) team:
    • Identify, develop, track, and execute service projects.
    • Assessment and adoption of tools that benefit ES Services and Siemens Healthineers
    • Management of critical enterprise service contracts impacting the customer (to include stakeholder relationship management, communication, escalation resolution and meeting facilitation)
    • Organizational structure and procedures
    • GPO required activities and responsibilities to include Technology Assessments, Requests for Proposals (RFP) responses/status/expiration, price files and related MSA amendments, new product submissions/EOS deletions, etc.
  • Supporting in the execution of identified strategies in conjunction with internal stakeholder teammates to drive overall performance and growth.
Required skills & knowledge to have for the success of this role.
  • Bachelor's degree with advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry with consultative, service and direct sales experience
  • Willing to travel up to 60%
  • Advanced knowledge of Shareville CRM and CPQ quoting tools
