The primary responsibility of this job group is to focus on diagnostics and upkeep on important electrical systems and keep electrical wiring and equipment in a condition required by the work environment. Examples of the job group's activities include running lines and connecting new or repositioned machinery and equipment, maintaining electrical equipment, diagnosing and repairing electrical failures or problems where assigned.
Associated equipment operation
Adherence to all safety and housekeeping procedures
Conformance to production and administrative procedures
Enhancement of existing processes
Must be able to communicate with leaders and work well with others in a team environment.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma required. Valid Driver's License required. Journeyman license with at least two years apprenticeship experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Technical Ability - effectively apply written/verbal instructions from procedures, prints, layouts, and documents.
Ability to Learn - assimilating and apply new, job related information in a timely manner.
Adaptability - maintaining effectiveness in a changing environment, assignments, responsibilities and/or priorities.
Physical Ability - to effectively manage job demands and equipment required to complete tasks.
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Understanding of OSHA, ANSI, NFPA regulations. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Team environment focused with effective communication to internal customers.
