General Description

Adam& Martin Group is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Employment Law Attorney! The ideal candidate will have a strong background with both employers as well as compliance. They will also need to have a strong skillset with employee benefits, corporate transaction, construction law. The Employment Law Attorney will play a key role in contributing to the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and client counseling.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation proceedings and trials.
• Manage employment risks and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle corporate transaction matters, construction law issues, and employee benefits-related issues as needed.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Minnesota or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.
• 10+ years of experience practicing employment law.
• Proven track record of success in handling employment-related litigation matters.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence.
