Engineering Support Technician If you are an experienced Engineering Support Technician, please read on!

We are a well-established, midsize manufacturing company. This position is full time on site.
What You Will Be Doing - Assists in testing and evaluation of company and competitive products.
- Provides prototyping support, including initial fabrication of electro-mechanical assemblies, debugging, first article inspections and first build documentation/evaluation. Makes recommendations to Design Engineering for improvements and changes.
- Provides technical and process support to production floor as directed.
- Participates in design engineering/production handoff exercises for new products to verify BOM integrity, identify assembly tooling and fixture requirements and the development of work instructions.
- Oversees the organization of the Engineering Lab, Equipment upkeep and calibration. Part cabinets organization, and project workspace.
What You Need for this Position - Associate's degree
- 2+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Board-level electronic assembly
- Rework and repair
- Populate bare PCBs with components
- Troubleshoot and repair PCBs
- Build wire harnesses
- Assemble mechanical structures
-Troubleshoot electromechanical assemblies
- PCB design very desirable
- Ability to work full time on site
