We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager with a strong background in growing accounts. This person will be the boots on the ground for some of our most prominent clients. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs and expectations and ensure we as a company is delivering and growing accounts.
What You Will Be Doing - Responsible for the general health and relationship with customers
- Maintain control over all customer communications
- Provide basic customer training for our WMS tools
- Manage and grow a large book of proven accounts
