EverCommerce is seeking a Global Compensation Manager to join our growing People Experience team.Reporting to the Global HR and Chief Talent Officer, you will be responsible for the development, delivery, and evaluation of policy and programs in the areas of global compensation which includes compensation and benefits, as well as organizational design and job classification/architecture for employees in the US and overseas.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is spread across many geographies, with more than 40 office locations across the globe. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working across time zones and locations. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. and if you are close to one of our offices, you can work in-office, in a hybrid model, or 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer to qualify for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, and implement strategy design for compensation programs; manages the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
  • Responsible for assisting with compensation benchmarking, through the participation in relevant surveying outputs and making area expertise recommendations
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and organizational objectives.
  • Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
  • Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure salaries at the hiring stage or during any internal promotion or lateral transfer are determined with equity and justice aligned to organizational compensation policies.
  • Partner with key business leaders, Talent Management, and People Ops business partners to ensure compensation programs are consistent and compliant and meet various business segment needs and well understood by leaders and employee.
  • Consult with field leadership and operations teams on Sales Incentive Plans and facilitate design process; ensure appropriate governance controls are in place.
  • Own annual organizational compensation planning experience including leading and managing variable bonus, long-term incentive awards, annual bonus calculations, merit increase and equity grant recommendations.
  • Lead compensation aspects of M&A activities as required.
  • Be the primary point of contact for third party partners or consultants who provide guidance to EverCommerce as it relates to our compensation practices.
  • Have worked in a publicly traded organization and understand the rules and regulations that govern the organization.
  • Lead the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee meetings, CD&A and other disclosures and provide additional support to the People Ops leaders as needed.

Required Skills and Experiences:
  • Experience in Global Compensation / Total Rewards; experience working across several different geographies is essential.
  • The ability to drive analysis with limited guidance is essential for this role.
  • Compensation experience supporting a publicly traded company
  • Prior experience working with officers, executives, Board members and within a Compensation Committee framework
  • Knowledge of all federal, state, local, and international regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • A self-motivated and creative problem-solving individual with the ability to take initiative and accept suggestions for improvement.
  • The ability to develop approaches to tasks, create and implement process, and develop frameworks for organizing work and evaluating ideas is essential.
  • The ability to structure, plan and prioritize work and projects effectively is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation: The target compensation for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 per year in Colorado and most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by a variety of factors including candidate experience and location, and may vary from the amount listed
