EverHealth, a vertical of EverCommerce, is seeking a Director of National Accounts to join our Revenue organization.

You:

You are a strategic sales leader, focused on developing deep connections with your clients in order to drive better solutions for them and more Share of Wallet for your business. You love having the autonomy to figure out how to best serve your customers, and thrive on the reward that comes from deeper accounts and happier customers.

In this role, you will own a targeted group of Enterprise accounts, some of whom may be current clients, and some who are target clients. You will work with the resources of each portfolio company to present the right mix of solutions to solve each customer's problem(s) and ultimately grow EverHealth's Share of Wallet within this focused set of accounts. Your job is to grow these accounts from $X to $Y, and it's up to you to figure out the best to do that quickly (within reasonable parameters).

This role requires a person with an entrepreneurial, competitive, and resilient spirit with a strong drive to attain individual results. You'll support our efforts remotely covering named national accounts.

EverHealth (the portfolio of technology healthcare companies at EverCommerce) has a collectionof capabilities that can help Hospitals & Health Systems operate more effectively, efficiently and deliver a better patient experience. Right now, we are primarilygoing to market as individual companies, knocking on many of the same doors. We are looking to intentionally attempt to grow EverHealth's book of business on a focused set of Enterprise accounts, and unlocking this value is a key strategic area of emphasis to help EverCommerce achieve exit velocity.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Healthcare sales
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In depth understanding of key technology and healthcare concepts required to sell complex solutions
  • Ability to travel 40% of time

Bonus points....
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Positive and persuasive, with a keen ability to speak to key decision makers without fear
  • Organized and committed to the systematic approach to the sales success
  • Coachable and open to guidance designed to support the attainment of goals
  • Previous experience working with large, national healthcare companies
  • Previous remote work experience
