We are looking for a skilled, detail oriented, professional whose project management skills take it one step further. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Examples of Work
What you will do:
As the Executive Administrator to the CEO you will:
• Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company
• Manage projects from kick-off to stakeholder meetings to completion, including setting schedules, managing resources, and anticipating roadblocks.
• Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization
• Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, accounting or any discipline related to the work assigned. One year of experience in planning, organizing, and implementing program administrative or business financial functions. Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

PREFERRED:

  • Strong work tenure: five to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
