Our client local to Carlsbad, CA is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team ASAP to support the CEO of the company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment with an extraordinary collection of hands-on exhibits, gardens, and live animal ambassadors allowing visitors to "taste nature."
- Liasion for CEO
- Completing office supplies
- Creating filing systems for optimal organization
- Schedule meetings and team calls
- Relay email correspondance, calls, messages, and meeting minutes in level of importance
- Attending meetings and completing minutes
- Partner with other team members to organize events & fundraisers
- Maintain database with people who have donated
- Other administrative duties, as necessary
