Executive Assistant to $95K - Work in Non-Profit!

Polished, organized and diligent Executive Assistant needed to support a busy CEO at a thriving nonprofit, located in Boston. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to this executive as well as acting as a liaison and knowledgeable resource for the Board of Directors. Ideal candidates must have previous experience supporting a C-level executive; advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; superior communication, interpersonal, project management and problem-solving skills; and experience arranging complex travel logistics. The qualified candidate will have 7+ years of professional administrative support with 3+ years supporting C-level executives or equivalent experience in a similar role, and 3+ years of experience writing internal or external communications. This is an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!
