Job Description

The Facility Technician maintains the cleanliness and safety of the assigned facilities and grounds. Performs a routine walk-through in Electrical and Mechanical rooms to assure the equipment is running efficiently. Maintains troubleshoots and performs preventative basic maintenance and minor repairs of office equipment, machinery, and other facilities-related equipment.

  • Cleans and maintains buildings, facilities, and equipment
  • Uses cleaning tools and other products to create a healthy working environment
  • Removes and disposes of trash following the appropriate procedure
  • Maintains, troubleshoot, and performs preventative basic maintenance and minor repairs of office equipment, machinery, and other facilities-related equipment
  • Walks through across the facility to assure the equipment and related fixtures are performing effectively and efficiently
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in transferable experience in a similar environment
