Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and be adept at handling a wide range of legal tasks. This position offers the opportunity for remote work or a hybrid schedule after a probationary period, depending on the candidate's family law experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Manage case files and maintain organized records of all correspondence and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal memoranda.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses, and assist in the review and analysis of discovery materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including calendar management and document filing.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree and paralegal certificate; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in family law.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
