Job Description:

Datasite is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, energetic Field Marketing Coordinator to support our Americas marketing teams in the tactical execution and administration of multi-channel programs. You will be responsible for the day-to-day logistical and administrative support of an array of marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on field sales support, live event logistics and vendor relations; and the opportunity for increasing responsibility and skill development in event management, campaign execution, project planning and sales enablement.

As a member of a dynamic, nimble Marketing team, you will report to the Director, Field Marketing Americas in support of the regional field marketers and sales teams and will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of a fast-growing Marketing department's deliverables.

Location: New York City - Hybrid role, in office 3 days a week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Field Marketing
Assist US marketing team in the execution of live and virtual events and field programs for new and ongoing campaigns. Duties may include (but are not limited to):

  • Field Campaigns: manage execution of established regional advisory programs including Demo Desks, New Class initiatives, Battle of the Banks, and Datasite Dunks
  • Logistics: maintain event forms, web pages, registration lists and reporting within marketing automation platform, website, and CRM
  • Communications (internal, social, events): edit/draft copy, proof-read, manage workflow.
  • Event materials: manage and track ordering, printing, shipping, set-up.
  • On-site support: receipt of packages/unpacking; name tags/registration/check-in; manage onsite relationships; post-event packing/tear-down.
  • Supplier and vendor management, including processing POs and invoices.
  • Planning: maintain weekly field marketing slides and quarterly event reports

Marketing Administration and Sales Enablement

Support the AMERS marketing team with marketing administration and field sales enablement programs including (but not limited to):
  • Tracking and support with field marketing contracts, POs and invoicing; working with marketing operations and finance as necessary
  • Manage seller-driven event requests and materials/templates as needed by regional sales teams.
  • Monitoring internal and external marketing email inboxes
  • Support with various field sales enablement programs as needed, including direct mail and holiday gifting, marketing materials for internal and external seller-led engagements, and internal team administrative needs, with a focus on the South and West Coast Advisory Teams

Preferred Experience/Qualifications
  • Relationship focused and highly-organized.
  • Professional and effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Proven success in event planning, project planning and/or marketing program execution
  • Confident learning new marketing technologies, analytics and events platforms.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Education / Minimum Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to lift/carry +/- 40 pounds for event set-up and load-in/load-out.
  • Travel (within the Americas): 15%
  • This role supports sales teams and activities in multiple US time zones and may require flexibility with day-to-day work hours.
  • Some weekend/evening hours required.

Salary range $70k - 105k
