Job Summary:
Experienced Floor Tech, cleans and refinishes hard surface floors, shampoos and extracts carpet floor surfaces utilizing a variety of electrical and other tools, chemicals and finishes. Completes daily cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and uses prescribed floor care methods. Maintains work areas, equipment, and supplies in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
Hours (per diem positions, to fill-in as needed on the available shifts):
Day shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, including weekends.
Evening shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, including weekends.

Prior housekeeping, floor tech experience required.
Must demonstrate the ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write the English language.
Ability to maintain frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, pushing or pulling and to lift at least 25 pounds.
