Front End Developer Highlights~
Fully Remote Front End Developer, work is completed in *Vue*. Some minor UX tasks like storyboarding/wireframing.

What You Will Be Doing Most of your time will be spent *developing/modernizing in Vue*. A small percentage of your time will require *UX Design* work such as wireframing, story boarding, or user flow.
We have 6 applications that are mainly running on Vue 2 and 3. One of our applications leverages Laravel. Another app is an unfortunate and rough mixture of Vue and jQuery. You will be helping us modernize all of our applications to Vue 3. Regarding Laravel, you are not required to code in PHP, but if you can read it that is a huge plus.
We have 6 developers on our team but no one who is 100% front end focused, which is why we are hiring for this position. There is *plenty of opportunity for mentorship* but we expect you to have a comfortable understanding of Vue or another JS Framework.
What You Need for this Position *Most important:*
- Computer Science or relevant 4 year degree
- 2+ years of Vue, React, or Angular. *Development is done in Vue.*
- Some UX or UI experience
- Willing to travel to Washington State 2 times per year (September & December).
*Nice to have:*
- Familiarity with PHP, Laravel, or similar

*PTO Structure* = 110 hours of Vacation + 50 hours of Sick/PTO per year. At managers discretion, Sick/PTO time may be used for other reasons such as Vacation, Personal Time, School Activities, Personal Business, or emergencies.
*Bonus Structure* = 10% bonus is mainly determined by personal performance and company performance. You are given clearly defined goals for reaching your bonus and your manager will sit down with you to explain this process and help you stay on track. Very rarely do our employees not achieve their goals.
