Description

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to policies and procedures

Tasks

These positions could work in any department of the Harvest facility. Some positions require the ability to push, pull, lift and carry 40 pounds or more. Must work in extreme hot, humid environments (65 degrees to 100 degrees), use of hands and arms above shoulder level and stand 8-10 hours per day.

ATTENTION: Positions in Harvest will involve use of a knife and hook to remove the hide from the cattle, trim large pieces of product or run heavy pieces of equipment. Some positions may involve the use of powered equipment such as air knives, wizard knives, saws and skinner machines.

Requirements

Must be able and willing to work B shift. Limited openings on A-Shift. This facility runs up to 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Shift placement will depend on hiring needs and rehire eligibility. All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of the post-offer health assessment.
