What You Will Be Doing As our General Superintendent, you will provide input, lead and execute company and regional key strategic initiatives, participate in the development of relevant company training content, effectively deliver leadership messages to multiple audiences both internally and externally, provide management and/or oversight to multiple projects and project teams, provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow. You will assist Superintendents in developing work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work. You will lead meetings with site staff and attends daily and weekly safety inspections and weekly Subcontractor meetings. You will oversee, changes and delay tracking of the project's schedule as needed, in conjunction with the project staff.
You will ensure quality compliance through use of specifications, setting quality standards, in-house QA/QC and outside resources. You will support the project closeouts by supervising pre-punch activities and coordinating activities with the owner, architect and governing authorities. You will understand and apply the terms and conditions of the owner and subcontractor contracts for the project.
What You Need for this Position At least 7 years of experience in:
-Supervisor Role, overseeing 3+ Superintendents
