What you will do:

As the Global Marketing Director - RSV/hMPV, you will design and deliver the commercial brand strategy and positioning for the product, including lifecycle management (LCM), pricing, and market access to achieve patient and business goals and objectives. You will define and implement pre-launch and launch activities to drive and deliver global launch performance across markets. Collaborating with team members to develop long range plans, brand strategic plans, and business performance reviews, to advise internal and external partners and communications. This will be for a potential global product launch around 2026.

You will lead the Global Brand Team to include a detailed and coordinated input on product development and commercialization and ensure integration and execution of commercial objectives across the Global Product Development Team. Working closely with Operations, Business Insights, Medical, and Payer teams to gain input into global brand strategy, highlighting key risks and uncertainties and proposing proactive solutions and mitigation plans.

You'll continue to drive patient centricity and innovation through all aspects of global commercialization and marketing programs. Appropriately leading governance interactions and alignment across the alliance, senior and regional leadership, cross-functional teams, and other key partners to provide well-coordinated input into critical business decisions. Engaging an outstanding cross functional organization to become a respected leader while encouraging an inclusive high-performance environment that values and improves diversity.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is required with scientific experience
  • 5 + years pharmaceutical vaccines marketing/commercial experience
  • Successful product launch experience
  • Demonstrated influencing skills and stakeholder management
  • Experienced and comfortable working in a matrix environment
  • Understanding of, and adaptable to, working across different countries and cultures
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills, demonstrating flexibility and a consistent track record to deal with complexity under high intensity and time pressure situations
  • Experience and effectiveness in the presentation of written and verbal cases to the senior management
  • Strong business and financial competence
  • A flexible, team orientated attitude, willing to contribute one's own skills to deliver priority projects

Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • Advanced degree e.g. MBA
