We are looking for a Global Purchasing Systems Senior Analyst to work in the Systems and Processes team. This role is performed inside the Systems and Processes team of the Purchasing department. Systems and Processes works at a global level to provide all Purchasing functions support and solutions related to methodologies, procedures, information system changes and enhancements, supplier compliance and assuring consistency with company compliance. The Senior Analyst will lead the collection and documentation of purchasing software requirements working with purchasing management and business partners, collaborate with the technology development team through analysis, design and test stages to ensure strict adherence to project-specific requirements, confirming alignment with the product roadmap and correct prioritization and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

This position is eligible for a flexible hybrid work model and can be located at any one of our CNH corporate locations.


  • Facilitates discussions with key stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, define detailed system requirements, and validate the solutions
  • Identifies process improvements and efficiencies aligning across regions and business segments, focusing on global solutions
  • Performs gap analysis of complex system-related problems and issues and recommend solutions to support business operations
  • Develops detailed system requirements based on purchasing's business needs and best practices and coordinates with Information Technology partners to ensure successful implementations within target timelines
  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements through software development lifecycle, enforcing those requirements or redefining, as necessary
  • Takes a leading role in the Purchasing and Systems governance methodology used to manage, track, prioritize and report to management all systems-related purchasing activities
  • Support Change Management program activities to promote strong adoption of new practices and a seamless transition
  • Acts as central purchasing knowledge resource who will support and address internal users on system application/functionalities

Annual Base Salary Range for this position is $109,000 to 183,000 USD. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of designing, documenting, and implementing systems requirements, processes and procedures. Experience should include project management, process improvement, writing and analyzing business and system requirement documents that convey complex business analysis and technology solutions.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including MS PowerPoint, Project, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, primarily domestic.
