We are a global tech leader in the semiconductor industry based in San Jose, California. We have been supplying cutting edge networking ASIC's and multi-chip solutions for the past 30 years. Due to growth we are seeking a Staff Hardware Validation Engineer who has 6+ years of experience with hardware design, RTL, hardware validation, functional verification, and scripting. Experience with emulation, networking protocols, RFC, TCPIP, and post silicon validation would be a huge plus but not a must.

What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, spec reviews, modifying and debugging pre/post silicon failures.
What You Need for this Position *Must Have Skills: *
1.) Experience with hardware design (RTL)
2.) Experience with hardware validation
3.) Experience with functional verification
4.) Scripting experience (TCL, Python, Perl)
5.) Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
*Nice to have skills: *
1.) Emulation experience
2.) Experience with networking protocols (RFC, TCPIP)
3.) Experience with post silicon validation
