Job Title: Hardware in Loop Test Engineer
Job Location: Seattle
Job Requirements: Strong experience with embedded Linux and Automated testing
Salary Range: 80k to 140k

What You Will Be Doing Contribute to detailed, explicit, and testable component test requirements that are clearly described
Create tasteful component-specific test cases to provide complete regression coverage for pertinent requirements.
Hardware components (PCBAs, subassemblies, and assemblies) end-of-line (EOL) manufacturing test fixtures design, construction, and maintenance
To assure maturity and stability, create software unit testing approaches and implementations.
To ensure that production software is testable and tested, collaborate with embedded software engineers.
Document the requirements, design, processes, and outcomes for SW Unit Tests and HIL.
What You Need for this Position proficiency with modern embedded software techniques and the C programming language
working understanding of the development processes for embedded Linux and Linux
knowledge of automated testing frameworks, including Robot Framework, CppUTest, Google Test, CMock, and Unity
proficiency with the procedures and methods used by version control software (GitHub/GitFlow)
ability to use scripting languages like Python, Perl, and Unix shell to optimize build and test flows
thorough familiarity with the relevant software unit test tools
the capacity to coordinate and uniformly design tests across many components
a college degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as computer science or electrical engineering.
