We are currently seeking a Housekeeper with a high level of attention to detail to join our team! As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that all scheduled apartments, lobbies, offices, models, common areas, and recreations are in market-ready condition. Location: 11450 E Peakview Ave, Centennial, CO 80111

Essential Functions

• Clean bathrooms, including tubs, showers, commodes, floors and mirrors
• Clean kitchen, including stoves, ovens, counters, cabinets, and refrigerators
• Vacuum, dusts, mops, and washes floors and windows and removes trash; sweeps and washes balconies and patios
• Replaces linens and maintain accurate count of linens and towels used on a daily basis
• Checks in and out all assigned keys
• Perform move-out and hot sheet inspections and report all defects to appropriate parties
• Complete all assigned service requests

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of general housekeeping and proper use and storage of chemicals.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Bilingual

Qualifications

• Required Education: N/A
• Required Experience: 0-1 year housekeeping experience
