HR Coordinator

Our hiring manager is looking for a skilled HR coordinator with at least 3 years of experience. Our ideal candidate will have experience processing LOA, onboarding, and recruiting. We are looking for a hard working go-getter to support during a LOA.
Onsite: Lodi
Duration: 6 month assignment
Pay $25-$28/hr.
* Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management software.
* Interpret and explain human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
Assist in the recruitment process including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and interviewing.
* Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotions opportunities.
* Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
* Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
* Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
* Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
* Communicate with public services when necessary.
* Creates and updates SOP's
* Attends meeting and writes HR reports as minutes.
* Completes project-based assignments.
* Other duties as assigned.
