What You Will Be Doing Recruiting for all positions at our company, including setting up and conducting interviews, creating, and posting job descriptions, managing payment amounts to job boards, etc.
Business Process Analysis and Documentation: Research, analyze, and document the electrical project process at Weifield finding ways to be more efficient and profitable.
Identify Solutions for Improvement in the Organization: Through process analysis, this individual shall determine areas of improvement in terms of efficiency and company effectiveness, developing appropriate solutions.
Information Dissemination: Develop and facilitate high-quality and high-frequency communications throughout the company. Investigate and implement tools to achieve these goals.
Coordinate Payroll and Employee Benefits
General HR duties, including onboarding new employees, creating morale building programs, including planning team activities and gatherings, tracking birthdays and job anniversaries for celebrations, etc. We need someone who knows how to make a staff happy and the work environment fun and pleasant to maximize staff retention.
Basic office administrator duties such as purchasing office supplies and coordinating with our IT company.
What You Need for this Position "3+ years HR experience.
"Payroll and Benefits experience a MUST.
"Possess strong interpersonal skills.
"Ability to identify urgent tasks and to prioritize accordingly.
"Possess strong organizational/clerical skills.
"Ability to pay very close attention to detail
