RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time HR Generalist in support of our industry leading technology development client in Spring, TX. Summary:In this "high touch" role, the HR Generalist will be responsible for helping People Leaders, Director and below with their People Responsibilities. The primary focus will be to assist HR Business Partners and People Leaders with their Workforce Plans. The HR Generalist will process Workforce Reductions and be a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle from selection to offboarding. They may also handle escalations as needed, and will coach People Leaders with difficult or complex conversations. This role will work closely with our legal department to ensure risk mitigation, and will support our HR Business Partners so they can focus on Strategic Planning and development of Talent within their organization.Finally, it is expected at the HR Generalist's level of expertise and business background that they will recommend process improvements and simplification that supports the optimization of the program. They will engage and work alongside different HR, Workforce Solutions, and COE organizations to ensure dependencies with internal HR Projects and Programs are identified and incorporated appropriately.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Consultant
  • Consultative experience
  • Organization and plannin skills
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Workday experience


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
