As an HR Assistant your responsibilities

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Location Davidson, NC 28036 - Hybrid
Duration 3 months with possible extension

As a HR Assistant, your responsibilities will be:

  • Talent acquisition experience
  • Data entry related, (Payroll data, order taking)
  • Data entry, data quality important
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but is associated with some experience.
  • Manage documents and record customer/client information.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • will provide training for PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow
  • onboarding activities, including initiating background and all.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process, verify, and maintain employee job and pay data records.
  • Perform employee onboarding activities, including initiating background and drug screenings.
  • Partner with other team members, talent acquisition, and HR partners to ensure employee data accuracy.
Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20-$ 21 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
