ECS is seeking an HRO Healthcare General Management Consultant to work in our Remote office.

The Healthcare General Management Consultant will contribute to this organizational cultural transformation by supporting implementation activities at the local, regional and/or national level.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and adaptable professional. This role requires a combination of excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; strong organization and prioritization skills; ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment; ability to build and manage internal and external relationships at all levels; and ability to think strategically to effectively assess client situations and recommend solutions to meet needs. This project is fully funded.

A successful Healthcare General Management Consultant will support the following activities:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of training materials and/or communications products that advance organizational culture change.
• Support planning and logistics of training events.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications and represent ECS at client progress meetings and briefings.
• Prepare client-ready recommendations, progress reports, briefings, and other executive-level deliverables.
• Proactively recognize opportunities for improvement and initiate effective strategies to promote change.

Salary Range:75,000-85,000

General Description of Benefits

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
• Experience developing and/or delivering visually effective PowerPoint presentations for leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• Bachelor's degree.

Clearance:

• Must be eligible to obtain a public trust clearance.

Desired Skills:

• Interest or background in patient safety, risk management, or high reliability.
• Experience working with or working in VHA or other large healthcare system.
