Description: Large manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Manager. This is a non-union facility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR functions in a large manufacturing plant
- Manage and mentor HR staff in facility
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding
- Report to Plant Manager and corporate HR
- Minimum BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or other comparable major
- 8+ years HR management experience in the manufacturing industry
- Non-union plant experience
- Ability to work with strong, Type A, personalities
- Large plant experience
