What you will do

Maintain and monitor the performance of the Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS). This includes monitoring and managing equipment/systems alarms utilizing FRCS graphical user interfaces. Create Work Orders in computer maintenance management systems (CMMS). Conduct shift turn over meetings when coming on shift and when finishing shift.

How you will do it

As a shift operator you will continuously monitor the FRCS by using ICONICS and Metatys to ensure proper operation of all systems. You will validate equipment/system alarms and create Work Orders in MAXIMO for the technician team to follow up with. Shift reports and logs will be filled out in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Shift Position: Second Shift (2nd) - @2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. (Must be able to work overtime and every 5th weekend.)

Benefits: Eligible for benefits on first day of employment.
Vacation: 3 weeks of paid vacation per calendar year

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 p/h plus shift differential.

• Computer literacy
• Able to multitask
• Quick learner
• Ability to focus in a dynamic environment
• Some HVAC experience (commercial/industrial)
• Building operator experience (DDC view/operate)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision

Preferred

• Metasys experience
• ICONICS user interface experience
• BAS systems experience
• HVAC Journeyman level experience
