Overview

The HRIS Analyst is a key member of our HRIS & People Analytics team who provides support to employees, leaders, and helps maintain the Lawson platform (Lawson Talent Management/LTM and S3) .

WFH/remote options exist for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

As a member of our HRIS and People Analytics team, your day-to-day could include:

• Responding quickly to tickets that arise: Investigating and resolving issues
• Creating and maintaing SOPs
• Generating system reports
• Training system users on functionalities, updates and new features
• Providing ongoing support on continues improvement to systems and processes

• 4 year/Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education

• Relevant applications experience with strong IT aptitude
• Flexibility to operate at multiple altitudes, collaborate and partner within and across teams, and prioritize workload

• Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills
