Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a temp to hire Litigation Legal Secretary for our client a national litigation firm. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, Excellent formatting, proofreading, and editing skills, Working proficiency in Adobe and Windows-based software including Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) , Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with clients, client representatives, court personnel, outside counsel and others 5-10 as a Litigation Secretary/Legal Assistant , E-filing in both State and Federal Courts, Knowledge of the Local Rules, Excellent typing skills. A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience is required.
