Beacon Hill Staffing is hiring an Insurance Claims Data Entry Specialist for our client in Brookhaven, Ga. This is a full time - temp to perm assignment - in office and proof of Covid 19 vaccination is mandatory.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Heavy data entry job
- Keying Medicare claims that come in on paper - manual process
- Take data from EOB and placing it in the system.
- This is Not customer facing role.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST be Covid 19 vaccinated - proof of vaccination will be part of requirements
- MUST have 10-key and alphanumeric
- Data entry speed: Target is KPH 9,600 to 10,000 - and anything above 10,000 for alphanumeric, with ZERO error. Assessments will be sent out prior to presenting to client.
- Ideally, the candidate for this position will have medical coding experience
- Attention to detail in all areas of work, excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience in insurance claims, medical coders, provider front office with ICD knowledge and experience with providers
- Excellent punctuality and attendance - this is a deal breaker
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
