RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Internal Project/Program Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Boise, ID.Overview:The process engineer filling this role will be responsible for the creation & documentation of a specific business architecture implementation. The individual will work closely with a small, predefined team for a short period of time. During that time, the individual will be responsible for documenting process flows that reflect how a business & the parties within it execute all phases of a business model. To do so, the person will need to apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues and be regarded as a business matter expert. Having the ability to contribute to the development of new ideas and methods will be important. Demonstration of the experience working on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires and in-depth evaluation of multiple factors is critical. The person will exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Lastly, the individual should act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• First Level university degree
• 7+ years in process definition & design
• Experience with services businesses & subscription models
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft products
