Essential Functions:
  • Participate as a key member on the data development team in client, business, or internal meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients to create automated ETL/SSIS processes to download, prep, import, and validate healthcare claims data.
  • Collaborate with business to create BI reports and dashboards to help analyze data and provide insight to clients
  • Develops, designs, and optimizes SQL queries
  • Be able to give and receive feedback on requirements or code reviews and accurately apply comments/feedback.
  • Participate in SQL modernization projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 1 year of related work experience required
  • Experience with ASP.Net (Web Forms or MVC), Entity Framework and C# or VB.Net preferred
  • Experience with T-SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Analytical Services (SSAS) are desired
  • Ability to gather requirements
  • Familiarity with all aspects of data processing and management information interrelations
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands
  • Must be able to work independently on projects and within a remote team environment
  • Execute assigned projects within established deadlines
  • Maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and team members
  • Desire to learn new technologies and enhance existing ones
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Have ability to travel on occasion based on business needs
The Team:
Myers and Stauffer takes pride in the welcoming and collaborative culture we have throughout our offices. For this position, the employee will report to one of our Senior Managers on the IT team.

Work Style:

Our general business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but can vary based on business needs. Dependent on performance, our in-office associates are eligible for a hybrid work schedule after their initial 90-day training period. As a company, we are always willing to discuss potential flexibility that an employee may need to better suit their work-life wellbeing.
