This position will manage the Restaurant Technology PMO Portfolio and be heavily involved in the delivery of brand technology platforms and systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or related field required and/ or equivalent experience
PMP certified - preferred
CSM or SAFe certified - preferred
MBA - preferred
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
The ideal candidate has first-hand, diverse experience acquired in multiple environments, including QSR Restaurant Tech., System Integrations, Consulting, and Center of Excellence Establishment
5-7 years of direct Restaurant Technology experience
Experience with on-premises restaurant technology and back-office systems (i.e. POS systems, labor & schedule management, tablets & handhelds, digital menu boards (in restaurant & drive through), drive thru technology, etc).
Experience motivating and mentoring staff and team members to change how they envisage and deliver their work
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Candidate must have passion for helping others embrace a new mindset in order to grow as individuals and improve the quality, relevance, and value of their throughput
Appreciation for traditional Project Management organizations and how to introduce or foster change that becomes part of the company's new culture
Demonstrated ability to have impacted team's velocity, ROI, leadership mindset, and development practices
Facilitated enterprise application implementations for multi-brand or multi-portfolio organizations.
Able to assess and coach improvement of project teams, business teams, and the organization
The ability to multi-task on various projects/efforts and support items
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Align and facilitate cross-functional teams to prioritize and achieve business goals
Encourage group or team to collaborate effectively and to pursue their own goals, priorities, and definitions of success during project ceremonies, ad hoc meetings, and workshops
Coach teams and programs to navigate conflicts and embrace healthy tensions
Support organizations in improving collaboration dynamics and in becoming a learning organization
Support INSPIRE's effort to define and govern consistent Agile practices, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or agile at scale frameworks
Facilitate, catalyze, and influence organizational change by drawing on hands-on experience
